Kingston GP Chambers Community Services
Kingston GP Chambers work with a number of GPs with extended roles (referred to as GPwERs) in order to provide a range of Community Services to the resident population of the Royal Borough of Kingston. These GPwERs have specialist knowledge and training in their dedicated field of expertise. This means that they are able to provide care and treatment over and above that which is normally receive from your registered GP. In providing these services it enables Kingston GP Chambers to deliver care to patients in a community setting that is closer to home. We also aim to see patients more quickly and ensure the seamless transfer of information about your appointment and the treatment that you have received directly into your GP held clinical record.
In addition to the GPwERs we have a dedicated team of Nursing and other Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) who work alongside them to ensure the delivery of a high quality, patient centred service.
